• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) usually receive orders faster.

Packaging

• All products are packed in secure, premium packaging to ensure safe delivery.

• Fragile items (like acrylic wall art) are given extra protection during shipping.

Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

Returns & Exchanges

• We offer a 15-day easy return policy if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
